Child safety standards

TGN | Your smart network is a digital platform focused on participation, collaboration and community management. The safety of users, especially children and adolescents, is a priority for our organisation.
TGN expressly prohibits any content, conduct or activity related to child sexual exploitation and abuse, including, among others:
- creating, publishing, exchanging, storing, requesting or distributing child sexual abuse material;
- enticement, grooming, manipulation or contact with minors for sexual purposes;
- the sexualisation of minors;
- the promotion, normalisation or facilitation of abusive conduct towards minors;
- any attempt to use the platform to contact, harass, exploit or put minors at risk.
Any content or behaviour that breaches these standards may lead to content removal, suspension or cancellation of the account, blocking of access to the platform and, where appropriate, notification to the competent authorities.
Reporting child safety concerns
TGN enables users to report concerns related to child safety, abuse, exploitation, harassment or inappropriate content through the channels enabled in the application or by contacting our team directly.
Users may report a child safety incident by writing to: maitane.gomez@urbegi.com
Where possible, the report should include:
- name of the affected community or space;
- user, content or interaction being reported;
- approximate date of the incident;
- screenshots or relevant information;
- clear description of the reason for the report.
TGN will review these communications as a priority and will apply the necessary measures according to the seriousness of the case.

The person or contact address designated to receive communications related to child safety, child sexual exploitation and abuse, or child sexual abuse material is: seguridadusi@urbegi.com
This address may also be used by Google Play to send notifications related to compliance with the child safety policy.
Legal compliance and reporting to authorities
TGN complies with applicable laws on child protection, child safety, privacy and the prevention of child sexual exploitation and abuse.
When content, activity or behaviour is detected or confirmed that may constitute child exploitation, child sexual abuse or child sexual abuse material, TGN may report it to the competent regional, national or international authorities, in accordance with applicable law and internal security procedures.
Moderation and action
TGN may review content, communications or reports where there is a reasonable suspicion of a breach of these standards or of the platform terms of use.
Applicable measures may include:
- removal of content;
- blocking or suspension of users;
- limitation of functionalities;
- preservation of evidence in accordance with the law;
- communication to competent authorities;
- collaboration with official investigations where appropriate.
Scope of application
These standards apply to TGN | Your smart network, its mobile applications, web version, communities, collaborative spaces, social functionalities and any other digital environment operated under this platform.
